Welcome to Calma Mama & Bubba here to support you on your journey holistically and naturally. Come join us for pregnancy yoga for relaxing me time in a supported friendly class and get to know other mums due at the same time.
Once you have had your lovely bundle of joy and you are ready to come out in the world again come back to us for Baby Massage and Yoga for mums where baby comes too.
Located in the gorgeous Studio also home to the Daisy Foundation in Sucklings yard, Ware with free parking and lots of room for buggies.
Calma mama to be Pregnancy yoga
Wednesday 6.30-8pm
Pregnancy is a wonderful time to practice yoga come to class from 14 weeks It give you time to help you connect with your growing baby, your changing body giving you confidence in your body’s natural ability at this wonderful time in your life.
Each week we will do a mix of breathing exercises and gentle stretches with a cup of tea and time to socialise after with other mums due at a similar time to you. (there may be cake)
Calma mama & Bubba Yoga
Wednesday 10.15-11.00am
Yoga for you but Bubba can come too!
Each week we will work through sun salutations, standing poses, twists and a relaxation at the end.
we will also do a mix of breathing exercises and gentle stretches with a cup of tea and time to socialise with other mums and babies afterwards. (there may be cake)
suitable once cleared by a GP after a C section or after 6 weeks from normal birth without complications.
Calma bubba massage & Bubba Yoga
Wednesday 11.30-12.15pm
baby massage & baby yoga suitable from 6 weeks to crawling
Each week we will learn a different part of the routine (with handouts to practise at home ) before working up to the whole routine full body head to toe by the 5th week.
Baby massage is a great way to connect with your baby learn to soothe them and enjoy meeting other mums each week we will have a chance to get together at the start to chat, drink tea and maybe cake with the mums from yoga :)
