Mama to be pregnancy yoga
Why come to pregnancy yoga and is it right for you?
Our classes will be relaxed and a great chance to meet other local mums due at a similar time to you we will work at a pace that works for everyone to provide a safe friendly open space to practise yoga and enjoy a bit of me time with your bump :) after class we will have tea, chat and cake. No previous experience of yoga required.
Venue: Place House Hall, Bluecoats yard, Ware SG12
Times: 6.30-8pm Mondays
5 week term £60 all equipment, tea and cake included

Calma Baby Massage & Baby Yoga
Why come to baby massage and baby yoga what happens in class?
Our classes will be relaxed and an opportunity to meet other mums with babies a similar age :)
Over the 5 weeks we will learn a different part of the body each week before putting it all together into a full massage routine plus some learn some beneficial yoga moves for baby along baby sensory tummy time and photo opportunities:)
5 week course £50 includes handouts to continue at home.

If you arrive and your baby is sleeping or not feeling like being massaged? don’t worry I have spare dolls to work on the same as mine.
If happen to miss a week? don’t worry we will go over the previous routines and add in a new bit each week.
Memory like sieve? also don’t worry there will be handout each week to practise at home.

Calma Mama & Bubba yoga
Yoga for you but bubba comes too :) It will be a relaxed class with an opportunity to meet fellow mums with babies a similar age to yours. There is always tea & cakey treats after :)

come when you have had your 6-8 week sign off from the GP and the class will be structured to all levels. No previous yoga experience needed :)
